Justin T. Rein, Owner/ Field Supervisor/ Project Coordinator

Mr. Rein initially came to New Mexico in 1996 as an archaeologist at Philmont Boy Scout Ranch in Cimarron.  J.T. Rein Archaeology, LLC was formed in late 2004, and has since been conducting cultural resource management projects in southeast New Mexico, predominantly for the oil and gas industry.  Having completed well over 1,000 individual projects, Mr. Rein has developed a reputation among industry representatives, government agencies, and colleagues alike as a thorough, accurate, and trustworthy archaeologist.

Peter C. Condon, R.P.A. , Principal Investigator

Mr. Condon is an RPA (Register of Professional Archaeologists) certified archaeologist with 28 years of professional experience working with federal agencies, academic institutions, and private cultural resource management firms across North America.  Mr. Condon previously managed the Fort Bliss Military Installation archaeological compliance IDIQ contract, Texas and New Mexico Contract (W9126G-05-D-0009/0013), Holloman Air Force Base IDIQ Contract, New Mexico, White Sands Military Range, and the Bureau of Land Management’s IDIQ Contract for New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Colorado (103-8152-11-4).
